$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Ensure shipment costs are updated in system.
- Ensure timely invoicing of shipment as per company KPI.
- Verify vendor/intercompany invoices timely and raise disputes for incorrect invoices.
- Handle invoice disputes or queries in a timely manner.
- Handle documentation and/or reporting for specific accounts
- Backup for the other team members as and when necessary.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Diploma in supply chain/ logistics management or relevant certificates.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
