Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Supervise production line and subordinates under his charge.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient production of quality printing products.
- Plan and coordinates the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets accordingly to agreed schedules and quality standards.
- Organize and distribute work to operators, material handlers and technicians on daily activities
- Trains, motivate and guides his subordinates and maintains discipline among the operatives.
- Troubleshoots production problems that may arise.
- Carry out production, packaging and machine operation duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in production /manufacturing /environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
