Responsibilities
- Oversee the production line and process, and day to day operations;
- Conduct daily production meeting and plan for manufacturing activities;
- To schedule production activities for build-to-order to meet OTD in a tight lead time;
- To ensure production control and improvement to meet IPQC/FQC specifications;
- To ensure production outputs meets quality standard and customers’ requirements and expectations;
- To organize cross training among Production Team, provide training to Production Engineer and Technician;
- Liaise with clients and lead collaborative projects;
- Partner with other department heads for Company budget, costing; materials management; R&D projects, etc;
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing/ Production/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Precious Metal Material Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
