Responsibilities
- Work closely with the development team to implement product features while ensuring scalability, managing dependencies, and adhering to business and non-functional requirements

- Responsible for demand research, user demand collection and sorting, and transformed into product demand, able to independently complete product PRD documents, prototype design, and interaction design
- Monitor the daily data and analyze the business impact then to influence the product improvements
- Solution-oriented, highly-motivated, and proactive self-starter with first-principles thinking
- Close communication and cooperation with the technical department and customer service and operation department to ensure that the product requirements from project initiation to demand design to development and online can be completed smoothly as scheduled
- Other related duties allocated by the team lead
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in production /manufacturing /environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
