Location: East
Responsibilities
- Working in partnership with the Head of Product, Asia, and the regional head of Distribution, as well as the global product team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of product strategy and ongoing optimisation of the product offering in Asia
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders across functions and regions, own the end-to-end connceptualisation, prioritisation and delivery of Asia driven fund/share class launches, repurposes and closures
- Identify investment capability gaps and product improvements and lead the business to implement change where required
- Identify scalable growth opportunities aligning investment capability, client demand and operational complexity
- Report to business functions and committees including Global Strategic Product Committee (GSPC) to communicate activities and plans
- Keep up to date on regulations, policy and government actions related to identified growth opportunities and existing product offering
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in a Business, Economics, Finance, Legal or Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in (e.g. Morningstar, eVestment, Simfund, Broadridge, Bloomberg, Factset) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
