Location: North
Responsibilities
- Review all purchase requests and purchase orders processed by subordinates.
- To design and implement the Group’s policies, objectives and practices.
- Maintain file management, including contract, bidding document, purchase order, etc.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluation for high-risk suppliers.
- Determines best source by evaluating quotation, to negotiate most favorable price and purchase recommendations.
- Liaising with suppliers on quality standards, delivery time, best prices and services according to organizational requirements and expectation.
- Ensure that correct goods are purchased and at the right quantity to avoid wastage.
- Review monthly orders and consumption
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Purchasing experience in FMCG or related industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
