$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: West
Responsibilities
- Registration of new supplier, supplier assessment, agreement review and follow up for approval, monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with KPIs
- Maintain the AVL list, suppliers’ information and components list
- Request for quotation per requirements and negotiations with suppliers for favorable commercial terms & conditions and pricing for material/components and logistics
- PO creation, PO follow up, logistics arrangement and follow up, goods receipt and supplier billing
- Order place accordingly to the lead-time in order to meet Project Timeline and ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with requestors and suppliers to resolve issues related to requirements, substitutions, priorities, damages, quality, delivery and other important terms & conditions.
- Handle miscellaneous projects as and when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
