Location: East
Responsibilities
- Participate in Procurement Engineering Team’s mechanical components strategic sourcing, RFQ, etc. day to day operations.
- Assist/lead the dedicated engineering’s RFQ, Cost estimation, development program.
- To handle Quotation, Issue Purchase Order and maintain updated records
- Review project timeline, support vendor development program.
- For new and alternative suppliers to support direct and indirect materials/ equipment/ tools from local and oversea.
- To ensure Approved Vendor List (AVL), vendor performance is maintained, monitored.
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested.
- To monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experiences in the Supply Chain (Procurement Sourcing) environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
