5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Review design blueprints, standard detail drawings, report etc.
- Support production schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tools release
- Troubleshoot a variety of complex problem , perform root cause analysis and resolve a wide range of engineering process issue
- Develop new or modify current process formulations, methods and techniques in thin metal manufacturing.
- Design fabrication process for flexible material to optimist yield and quality.
- Compute quotation for new components based on material costing
- Maintain process stability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with engineer team, QC & production department to generate and manage product design drawing
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Precision Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with CAD & CAM like ZW3D ,Solidworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
