Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and maintaining the business intelligence architecture, which includes the data warehouse, data integration, and presentation layers.
- Analyses existing operational standards, processes, and governance to identify and implement improvements that enhance the performance and efficiency of the business intelligence solutions.
- Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for the BI solutions.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and analyse data from various sources and conduct data reconciliations.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other similar tools, to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Identify key performance indicators with clear objectives and develop measures to track progress and performance against these indicators.
- Align data warehouse development to ensure minimal maintenance and sustainability of business intelligence solutions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data analytics, or Information Technology or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of UI / UX development is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
