PLANNER ($2600-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: SK – Career Edge Asia Pte Ltd

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

To implement measures to ensure targets set in the business plan are met.
To assist the Project Manager/Construction Manager on the overall planning of the execution of the project from the point of award to the final handling over to client.
To utilize planning tools e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera software for the details scheduling of the work.
To establish contingency plans on critical activities.
To establish the pool of vendors/subcontractors that may support the construction, maintenance and turnaround activities.
Source and screen prospective vendors/subcontractors prior to registering them as qualified vendor.
Propose/short listing prospective vendor/subcontractor, project organization chart for specific job.
Regular assessment of their performance and effectiveness so that their standards can be maintained.

Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with planning tools e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
