Location: West
Responsibilities
- Carry out plant performance monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization to ensure plant availability, reliability, efficiency and environmental compliance.
- Carry out performance test data analysis and assessment of the battery efficiency, deep dive to identify the performance gap and root causes analysis, recommendation of the actions to rectify the identified issues, and post review.
- Initiate and drive the optimization initiatives of the operating assets to achieve reliability improvement and cost optimization and GHG emission reduction.
- Develop, implement and progressive improvement of the performance monitoring tools to enhance the work efficiency through automation and digitalization.
- Develop, update and implement plant performance related SOPs and workflows.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degrees in mechanical engineering/Electrical engineering/chemical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in BESS design, O&M is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
