$7500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Lead the bunker operations desk, liaison and chartering support
- Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
- Manage and coordinating vessels’ arrival and cargo operations with all related parties
- Maintain and ensure accuracy and timeliness for all bunker loadings and deliveries
- Manage overall bunker supplier evaluation process which includes but not limited to quality, quantity and other bunker operations related performance metrics
- Planning / Scheduling of barges’ downtime for MFM related validations and verifications
- Be conscientious on the movement of every barge
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- ‘A’ Level, Diploma / Degree in Business / Economics / Maritime or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
