Location: West
Responsibilities
- Manage operations and maintenance of the District Cooling System (DCS) plants, Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) and other field works
- Manage a team of plant engineers in the analysis and optimisation of DCS plant operations & maintenance
- Supervise and lead all operations and maintenance processes
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for operations & maintenance
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards
- Create and implement operations and maintenance procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities, including contract management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
