OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (Commodities) ($4500-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Contracts drafting, issuance and management within the Risk Management policy requirements.
• Vessel chartering, negotiation of charter party contract and maritime conditions, managing incidents
• Appointment and management of inspection agents, handle cargo contamination or quality dispute situations, handle cargo spillage accidents, manage cargo insurance coverage for sea bound and non-sea bound operations.
• Collection, presentation and negotiation of LCs with counterparties and trade finance banks. Provide BL instructions to shipper and/or supplier in compliance with buyers requirements
• Update and reconciliation of actual quantities in CTRM system, analyse and resolve any trade related quantity or quality discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of payment from our buyers and making of payments to our suppliers.
• Able to resolve operations related disputes with buyers and suppliers on ongoing basis with a best outcome guided by our values of excellence, integrity and reliability.
• Able to handle onshore and offshore cargo storage operations including ship to ship transshipment, onshore line metering, throughout management and cargo loss measurements

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Incoterms, UCP 600 Code, physical cargo and paper derivative contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
