Responsibilities
- Obtain and review port agencies’ quotation from required port agents
- Monitor and liaise with port agents and ship charterers on tanker movements
- Arrange pilot for Singapore inward, berthing, unberthing and outward passage
- Monitor and report vessels’ status and movement on a daily basis
- Prepare and instruct vessels for loading and discharging operations
- Submission of laytime calculation and verification of invoices
- Handling of Administrative matters for the team
Requirements
- Diploma / N, O and A levels
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Experience of operations / post fixtures experience with shipowners, charterers or shipbrokers.
