Responsibilities
- Operations of owned vessels and chartered tonnage as well as Commercial managed vessels (Bulk Carrier)
- Checking stowage plans/ dead weight calculation
- Enquiring and checking port disbursements/ controlling of respective vouchers
- Issuing voyage instruction to Masters
- Appointing and communication with agents
- Communication with Masters, Owners, Charterers, Brokers
- Issuing hire statement, credit notes to Owners respectively invoices to Charterers (Sublet/ Owned vessels) incl. off-hire calculation.
- Issuing freight statements and invoices to Charterers (Basis voyage terms)
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bulk vessel operation experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
