OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ($2800-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: FS

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Managing cookhouse operations and to meet cookhouse (CCH) KPIs
• Responsible for housekeeping matter, IT / equipment matters and operations
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene; practise workplace safety at all times
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
• Maintain clear understanding of the matters to facilitate covering duties
• Abide strictly to proper handling of food items in accordance to food hygiene and safety guidelines and standards.
• Always adhere and abide to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Business Management/ Operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
