OPERATION MANAGER (Air Freight import and export) ($4500-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: FT

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides overall support to Sales & Marketing dept. / warehouse / vendors on clearance, collection/ delivery.
• Rates filling, Job Costings, timely billings to customers and verifying vendor invoices.
• Handles customer order enquiries and arrange for the shipments accurately and on time.
• To mage customer’s expectations and keep them informed of the status of their orders. Prepares, verifies and ensures timely dispatch of shipping documents.
• Manages cost of operations effectively, checks and assists on monthly operation P&L reports.
• Progressively improves the SOPs and efficiency of the operations, think of new solution and keep proper documentation on Import and Export processes.
• Maintain proper inventory control
• Any ad hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or other relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
