Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout a project
- Ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly
- Managing all resources necessary for project execution
- Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed strictly.
- Assess project requirements and work closely with team of engineers.
- Scrutinize all commercial documents(e.g. NDA, Tenders, commercial proposals etc.) and highlight any potential risks.
- Preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
- Arrange and manage all insurances and performance bonds required for the projects.
Requirements
- Degree Level qualification in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
