NPI PROCESS TECHNICIAN ($2800-$3200/AWS/VB)ref: DS

$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Industrialization Process Engineers on NPI/Continuation Engineering projects
• Support SMT and back end processes, including manufacturing test
• Assists in programming Universal SMT equipment to ensure efficient processing of prototypes
• Set up and calibrate processes for prototype builds, such as SPI, SMT, Reflow, Wave soldering, Routing, etc
• Create manufacturing deliverables for printed circuit board assembly prototypes and pilots
• Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture of electronic assemblies.
• Able to resolve issues using analytical method to improve manufacturing yield and efficiency
• Handle multiple projects and priorities in a teamwork environment and perform job functions in a timely manner

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using CAMCAD tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
