Location: North
Responsibilities
- Responsible to work on new projects and managing project transferring to production.
- Co-ordinate and work with other engineering team members during the initial phase of the project run.
- To attend production issue and drive the troubleshooting activities.
- Analyse manufacturing line from a risk perspective (PFMEA) to incorporate and validate critical tests used in manufacturing
- Assess possible changes to improve, optimize or re-design integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and systems.
- Establish and improve process capabilities for the designated area of intervention, to determine manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness and customer demand.
- Develop and establish the documentation, validation, and qualification for projects, such as IOPQ protocol and reports.
- Support identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects and cost reduction.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in mechatronic / electronics / manufacturing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ISO13485 in medical device industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
