Location: East
Responsibilities
- Provide pre and post sales technical support to sales team, customers and partners on Wireless, Network, Security
- Detail design for data centres, core, distribution and edge networks,
- Network security, wireless LAN
- Perform site surveys, POC for customers whenever required
- Present represented/vendor technology and lead customer engagements
- Installation, configuration, commissioning, tech support of Wireless, Networking, Firewall
- Plan improvement and suggest solutions to reduce network faults
- Plan, priorities and execute planned maintenance on network to support network growth, address software/hardware defects
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of wireless, routers, switches architecture is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
