Location: North
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot network, system, and application to identify and correct malfunction; other operational difficulties and provide telephone and internal users.
- Change documentation for planned maintenance events, system backup processes and disaster recovery drills.
- Schedule, conduct and Perform for Change Activities by performing risk assessment and operation impact assessment to production environment.
- Receipt, evaluation and implementation of inbound Network Access user and device provisioning/de-provisioning service requests
- Review and perform vulnerabilities Assessment and scanning to ensure hardening guidelines, firmware and patches are always updated to the latest or N-1.
- Perform Installation, configuration and maintenance of network equipment and network operating System.
- Recording Keeping and tracking of network inventory list with information such as Firmware EOSL date, Maintenance Contract Agreement, Vendors, etc)
- Capacity management and planning to ensure all network equipment are for Tech Refresh and firmware upgrade in a timely manner
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Firewall (eg. Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortintet) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
