Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, analyse network traffic, and generate reports
- Develop, implement, and maintain network related security policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the network infrastructure
- Respond and resolve L3 IT service requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of network configurations, changes, and updates
- Work together with Core Network Team to research and recommend new technologies and processes to improve system performance
- Work together with Country Leads to establish network lifecycle replacement plans
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Networking or CCNP or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
