Location: West
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 & L2 network operations support.
- Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards.
- Participate in projects and/or activities to support improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team.
- Update operations documentation.
- Good knowledge of Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN and LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, GPON technologies, MPLS.
- Experience with Network Security is advantageous.
- Liaise with vendors needed to achieve incident and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/IT or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
