Location: East
Responsibilities
- To be the company’s representative in the market to build and manage strategic relationship with vendor.
- To develop creative and commercially viable concepts and solutions, to improve business performance & competitive advantage.
- To critically analyses data to build customer-focused initiatives and programmes.
- To assist in the development and execution of the Merchandising Strategy for the brand or concept in line with positioning, taking into consideration customer profile, categories assortment, fashion trends, items and price points.
- Being constantly on top of key market and product trends and being able to translate right trends into commercial opportunities.
- To plan marketing strategies and product launches with brand/vendor in line with store campaigns to maximize exposure/sales.
- To maintain close communications with retail executive and sales staff to convey merchandise information and merchandising strategies of the department.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Purchasing / Merchandising/ Procurement is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skill
