M&E ENGINEER ($3000-$3800/AWS/VB)ref: AC

$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives including attending site-co-ordination meetings.
• Strong manages a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors and vendors to execute works within given timeframe.
• Strict monitoring work progresses, qualities, productivities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, qualities, productivities and within quantities.
• Enforce and monitor all supervisors, workers and subcontractors abide to safety, health and environment rules and regulations.
• Able to resolve site issues with supervisors, main contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and any related third parties.
• Responsible to prepare shop drawings, “AS-BUILT” drawings and Materials Bill of Quantities required for the project.
• Implementation, good planning and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
• Implementation of Testing and Commissioning plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• MEP design experiences is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
