MARKETING SPECIALIST ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: ET

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor all online and traditional marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, database marketing and social media materials/presence and profile
• Collaborate with the IT department to evaluate emerging technologies
• Collaborate with Partners and Head of Departments to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
• Assist Partners to conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Coordinate and manage the firm’s participation in legal events, conferences, and seminars
• Maintain database of clients, prospects, and referral sources
• Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and website content
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, intel reports, legal publications, submissions and pitch documents, and other marketing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing/Communications/Business or a similar relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
