Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing efforts by developing and delivering strategic plans that are in line with the organisations business goals
- Lead the marketing team and partners to conceptualise innovative marketing campaigns (integrated marketing) for productions, fundraising events, learning & engagement programmes and overseeing its successful implementation
- When working with creative/design/media agencies, develop briefs and guide direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications, including digital, social, print and video assets
- Liaise with media partners and organise media events
- Ensure the cost effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and work within the budget
- Lead and develop the marketing team to advance skills and capabilities
- Collaborate a win-win strategy with media owners, suppliers and marketing partners
- Work with sponsors for the fulfilment of sponsorship benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Studies or Arts Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with technologies and methodologies for graphic design, video content, web design and production is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
