Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Work with the various Business Development Managers to understand and strategies marketing requirements.
- Manage marketing team for delivery of marketing requirements.
- Provide mentoring to marketing team members to improve marketing outcomes.
- To work with the teams to develop and create marketing collaterals.
- Track marketing efforts and review next steps to improve marketing performance.
- Develop marketing strategy and develop performance matrix to track and improve online engagement.
- Plan budget for online media buys and measure media performance.
- Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with online and offline marketing including social media strategy is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
