MARKETING MANAGER ($3500-$5500/AWS/VB)ref: SH

$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for our businesses. Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and leverage consumer insights to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage internal and external teams: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to execute marketing projects. Supervise and manage these relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of services.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels. Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, search engine marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify opportunities, understand customer preferences, and stay updated with industry trends. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for the businesses. Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and clinical staff, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders to enhance marketing effectiveness.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
