$3700 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Formulate marketing and leasing strategies, negotiate and conclude leases (new, renewal)
- Prepare leasing documents
- Formulate and conduct market research on rental prices
- Manage tenant relationships, including and not limited to creating common platforms for gathering/dialogue sessions
- Work with external parties including government agencies and obtain necessary approvals for leasing
- Ensure leasing details are promptly and accurately captured in Yardi System
- Work with Property Management Team to ensure all partition/infrastructure works are properly executed and properly handed over to tenants
- Cold-calling prospective tenants
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in retail and commercial leasing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
