Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve company website in terms of design, effectiveness, hit rate, accuracy and operation
- Provide marketing communications support to the sales organization and drive the implementation of multi-tactic marketing campaigns such as event management (seminars, workshops, tradeshows, etc) including coordination and scheduling, direct marketing (flyers, emailers, etc), public relations and advertising
- Interact closely with the sales team and channel partners to develop and ensure the deployment of campaigns according to plans, delivering to defined marketing program strategies
- Provide inside sales support to the sales team for leads generation and seeding programs
- Key responsibilities also include planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, measurement and reporting of campaign results, and to drive adjustments to campaigns to meet the requirements of the marketing programs and business objectives
- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Develop ideas and opportunities for feature articles and other public relations activities that promote awareness of the Company’s name, products and services through social media
- Optimize SEO for company website including on mobile phone, online campaign management and analytics
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing / Marcom, or Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Science/Journalism/Marketing or in related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in digital marketing/marketing communications is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
