Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across various platforms to achieve our goals.
- Create engaging content for social media and website.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, engaging with our audience to build strong relationships.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with influencers to leverage their reach and credibility.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to maintaining a positive brand image.
Requirements
- NiTEC/Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
