Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on beauty industry, scoping into the hair and scalp care market (market saturation, competition, industry direction etc)
- Be updated with trends and marketing strategies on all media and research on marketing strategies that are suitable for company implementation
- Design marketing strategies for company that are aligned with business targets
- Prioritise social media platforms to market and complete administrative preparations
- Work with sales team to come up with a store-wide marketing campaign to boost sales and store reputation
- Design and produce company content for social media
- Manage social media accounts and handle all communications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge in social media, website & e-commerce and digital solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
