Responsibilities
- Conceptualization, execution and management of marketing campaigns, source for partnerships and new marketing initiatives to drive footfall and retailer sales.
- Work closely with tenants to develop collaborative promotions and offerings, to enhance shoppers’ experience through the mall’s activities to drive traffic and increase tenants’ sales
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall’s activities.
- Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
- Update content of various digital and social media platforms.
- Proactive in identifying new digital initiatives to drive and strengthen mall’s online presence.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Administer the leasing of atrium and kiosk spaces.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Marketing / Public Relations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
