Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Advance knowledge of manufacturing. Include types of machinery used, production line organisation, safety protocols, cost estimation and understanding of timelines for completed products.
- Prepare and maintain all production and inventory records.
- Liaise with Clients and arrangement for the delivery of components.
- Arrange and purchase of material for production of components.
- Design jig and fixtures for the production.
- Assist in conducting and reviewing the environmental aspect impact, hazard and risk assessment whenever there is a change in process, methodology, material or machinery used or after an incident/accident.
- Communicate regularly with other engineers, product designers, marketing professionals, stakeholders and manufacturing.
- Ensure sufficient resources essential to establish, implement and maintenance of the fall prevention plan are made available to achieve the objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma / degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
