MANUFACTURING ENGINEER ($3000-$5600/AWS/VB)ref: YL

$5600 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Generate and update Manufacturing Instructions for Production Lines.
• Evaluate and perform first level failure analysis on Production fallouts.
• Production Line setup and equipment planning for new project launch. To define lean manufacturing line layout, sourcing for tooling, fixtures and equipment and prepare CAPEX for NPI build
• Provide DFM and FMEA report for NPI projects.
• Work Improvement or Cycle Time reduction projects.
• Analyzes and plan workstation layout, workflow and conduct IE Time Study.
• Update Manufacturing Instruction (MI) and Work Instruction (WI) SOP for ECN release
• Manage Preventive Maintenance checklists of assembly jigs & fixtures and updating tooling master list. Prepare verification report for the assembly jigs and fixture.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Six Sigma/ LEAN Manufacturing and Statistical tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
