Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities to prepare jobs as well as update and maintain the work order system daily.
- Coordination between operations (equipment readiness / permitting), material availability, construction equipment supports and labour crew (skills) composition.
- Manage system to ensure all Work Orders are correct with details that include Priorities, Work Order Type, Equipment, Status, Work performed, Labour Hours, Materials and Follow-up to closure.
- Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records database.
- Build, Manage shutdown servicing and coordinate PM activities with other departments.
- Manage the parts inventory system. Maintain accurate inventory records, manage periodic cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Maximize inventory control, ensure critical spares are available and equipment retain full reliability while stored.
- Propose updates of maintenance plan and critical spare parts list.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Mechanical & Electrical systems and Maintenance experience is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
