Location: North
Responsibilities
- Manage the stock inventory and stores of the business in its totality i.e., manage the movement of stock in and out of the store including new stock, warranty stock, rental stock, and warehouse transfer stock.
- Ensure stock ‘first in, first out (FIFO)’ procedures are followed.
- Ensure minimum stock quantity notifications are acted upon and conveyed to relevant staff member to guarantee appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure safe custody and preservation of all stores.
- Packing of products including finished goods packing for local and international orders
- Daily papers in/out report
- A goods received note is entered into the accounting system
- Refer to documented ISO procedure: Rental stock
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in inventory system( ERP NetSuite ) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
