$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Receive and log customer orders received by phone, fax, and email
- Check pricing corresponds to contracts or quotes
- Check other details on customer orders, including addresses, terms, part IDs, part descriptions
- Contact customer or sales specialists for incorrect or incomplete orders
- Enter sales order details into the ERP system, including customer orders, sales demonstration equipment & product samples for customer evaluations
- Follow-up with customer on order status & backlog orders as needed
- Liaise with international internal resources and manage backorder status
- Respond to customer queries on pricing, PODs, shipment tracking, copy paperwork
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ERP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
