Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Implement the processes related to planning, order management, transportation, warehousing.
- Responsible for Supplier qualification and supplier contract management & ensure smooth supply of quality parts with right quantity as per scheduled time.
- Key interface to the factories regarding procurement performance.
- To achieve material net productivity and contribute to COGS improvement through negotiation, sourcing strategies, make vs. buy, change of suppliers and other strategies as deemed plausible.
- Manage a 3rd party Logistic Flow and ensuring shipments are planned in a timely manner.
- Drive Quality implementation in Logistics.
- Operational performance monitoring (weekly, monthly and Quarterly Business Review) in the Warehouse and transport (Plant to Warehouse and to customer) domains.
- Operational contact with back-end office (i.e factories logistic PIC) to ensure on time delivery as per project requirement.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
