Location: East
Responsibilities
- Reviewing a range of corporate and commercial contracts such as Manufacturing Services Agreements, Development Agreements, Software License Agreements, etc.
- Conducting legal research.
- Managing Group’s portfolio of patents and trademarks including monitoring for renewals of existing trademarks and patents.
- Developing an understanding of the existing and planned research and development programs to create strategies to appropriately assess and address intellectual property risks in various business models.
- Administering the internal contract review and approval processes.
- Adopting best practices for document and knowledge retention and management.
- Strengthening compliance and governance frameworks for the Group including by developing policies and running training programs.
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Law or relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling commercial and intellectual property matters is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
