Responsibilities
- Manage all legal matters related to the Group’s business, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Handle a wide range of corporate legal matters, such as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
- Provide advice to minimize legal risk and oversee litigation management.
- Manage trademarks registration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external counsels and conduct training on legal requirements.
- Oversee compliance policies across the Group and update them based on regulatory developments.
- Manage corporate secretarial matters, including drafting resolutions, organizing meetings, and liaising with regulators.
- Coordinate risk management activities, including risk reporting and identification exercises.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of employment law, tax law, export regulations, and government compliance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
