Location: West
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trend and propose appropriate F&B mix for the new container park
- Source and secure tenants for F&B containers (approximately 38000 sqf)
- Source and secure tenants for black and white colonial offices
- Handling over and taking over of premises
- Achieve KPI within a reasonable time frame.
- Work with Marketing team to execute publicity and A&P activities for tenants
- Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other lease documentation
- Liaise with tenants on lease related matters including tracking of sales performance and arrears
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with relevant retail leasing is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
