5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Handle training matters for entire organisation – identify training needs by evaluation strengths and weaknesses
- Plan out training programmes for employees and enroll employees for courses
- In charge of all training materials
- Maintain training records
- Ensure all equipment and resources are readily available and accessible
- Track training budget
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any adhoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
