Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative L&D initiatives to support workforce development including Induction programmes, Mentorship programmes, Graduate Development Programme etc.
- Conduct the annual Learning Needs Analysis.
- Involved in sourcing, evaluating and liaising with external training vendors for delivering effective training solutions.
- Work closely with L&D team to execute corporate training programmes locally.
- Plan and manage pre-course, during course and post-course administration responsibilities to ensure smooth implementation for in-house and external training programmes, as well as the training effectiveness.
- Inclusion & Diversity – assisting with the design and delivery of the company’s I&D Programme.
- Provide ad hoc support to HR administrative and operational activities/People and I&D projects as required.
- Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
