Location: North
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10-15, prioritize and assign tasks to ensure resources are utilized effectively and infrastructure projects are implemented in accordance with schedule and budget.
- Engage Client and Management. Conduct presentation, training, sharing sessions.
- Responsible for day-to-day Operations and administration on network & security infrastructure.
- Strong networking background and experience, with the ability to do troubleshooting of both access control and network related problems.
- Good Knowledge troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities to first- and second-level teams
- Oversee the technical analysis of complex software, hardware and infrastructure equipment for integrated infrastructure operations.
- Proactively analyze internal/external business challenges/regulatory issues and recommend improvements
- Review documentation and improve processes on administration, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
