Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored experiences.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance guest experiences and drive patronage growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to develop and implement strategies for guest acquisition and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
- Utilize market insights to develop innovative solutions that meet evolving guest needs.
- Conduct personalized service advisories, ensuring guests receive premium treatment and customized experiences.
- Organize special events, VIP table services, and exclusive experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless coordination of all guest services, including reservations, table assignments, and special requests.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
